The Talking, Persuading, and Influencing Tools participants learn and practice in this workshop will enable them to achieve decidedly positive results in working with others as they encounter the following TEN difficult communication situations:

  2. Delivering Criticism without creating confrontation and conflict
  3. Conducting or participating in effective Performance Review sessions
  4. Conducting or participating in an effective Interview for a new job or promotion
  5. Making an Apology that touches the heart and convinces the mind.
  6. Asking Effective Questions to probe for facts and provoke for ideas.
  7. Arguing without Offending
  8. Communicating to Build Rapport and Create Trust

You Will Use Online Communication Effectiveness Profile and Offer Our Other Profiles to Your Clients

  • With your certification, you can have your clients take a paper & pencil Profile titled Communication Effectiveness Profile (CEP: What Are You Saying). An Online profile on the same subject is under development, and once it is available you and your clients can go online and in a few minutes create their Communication Effectiveness profiles (at a cost).
  • The Profile provides you with a way with which to understand the components of your communication style and the way they affect the people communicating with you.
  • Your certification enables you to offer our online assessments / profiles to your clients at a discount and mark it up to make a profit.

Learn to Apply our Heart & Mind Learning Methodology

 

In addition to the Critical Conversations course, you will also learn and get the material you need to design and deliver training with our unique “Heart & Mind Learning” methodology. Heart & Mind Learning is a way to design / modify then deliver training workshops that dramatically impact your participants and inspire them to create change in themselves and others as a result of the learning. You accomplish this by integrating in your training a number of key "Insights" that transform what you deliver from a traditional training to an extraordinary learning experience for participants.


Schedule of Program 4

  • Register any day of the week. Your certification starts the first of the following week.
  • Our suggested schedule enables you to complete your certification in about four weeks from the time you start. This is based on spending one week on each of the four Sections of the certification program outlined below. But you can go faster or slower as it suites you. However, you need to finish all the certification requirements by the end of the sixth month since your registration date. When you complete all requirements you receive your certificate.

For the sections below, you will:

    • Receive the documents by e-mail in MS Word or PP slides. 
    • Attend webinars (online seminars) covering the material..
    • Do Assignments, and participate with other learners in a Wiki (collaborative authoring and editing of articles and ideas. You will learn how to use it.)
    • Take the CEP Assessment, titled Communication Effectiveness Profile: What Are You Saying.
      • Section 1:: The complete Heart & Mind Learning: You will first learn our Heart & Mind Learning Methodology, which comes with your certification. This program ensures that you learn the most advanced concepts of training design and delivery, which will significantly enhance your training and facilitation skills.
      • Section 2:The CEP: Communication Effectiveness Profile
      • Section 3: The recorded webinars.
      • Section 4: First half of the Critical conversations workshop materials with its applicable assignment.
      • Section 5: Second half of Critical Conversations workshop with its applicable assignment.

Fees:

  •  To certify in Critical conversations as your first program, fee is $1495.00 currently offered at $1095.00 - a $400 discount

  • Your certification process will start the first day of the week after we receive your registration. You can go as fast or easy as you choose but you are expected to finish your requirements in six months from registration.

  • Cancelation: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund (by a check) of the amount paid minus 15% administration fee anytime before the start of your certification. Once your certification process starts no refunds will be given.
